- Scholarship Description:
- The Education Fund honors the legacy of Corine V. Wilson who was an educator, humanitarian, and visionary. She is the Founder and President Emeritus of the Central Florida International Black Women’s Congress, Inc (CFIBWC). Members of the CFIBWC and other donors support this Education Fund to generate one or more annual scholarship(s). The scholarship is in keeping with the mission of the organization, which is to provide educational, cultural, social and recreational programs to minority youth and women of all ages in the Central Florida area that enhance their quality of life. This one-time Education Fund Stipend or Scholarship will be awarded for the current academic year. The submittal deadline is Sunday, April 17, 2022. The recipient(s) will be notified on May 6, 2022, followed with an award ceremonial luncheon or dinner on Saturday May 14, 2022.
