Scholarship Description:

The purpose of this scholarship is to: Reward and promote academic excellence and scholastic achievement at Hagerty High School; To identify, reward, nurture and mentor students who have demonstrated superior academic performance and ability at Hagerty High School; To foster and encourage student behavior which motivates them for higher learning and superior academic performance; To help create an environment which is conducive towards achievement of academic excellence; We are looking for students who show great promise for the future by demonstrating superior academic ability and performance. We want to preserve and continue our son’s legacy by giving back to our local High School, Hagerty High. Our son prospered in a High School environment, showed academic excellence and achieved phenomenal success. High School Education laid the foundation for his success in College, Medical College and further studies in Advanced Medicine. For 2019-2020 School Year, Scholarship will be awarded to a college bound senior with the highest SAT I score in a Single SAT I Test. Multiple test trials will be eligible. SAT I Tests results from all school years will be eligible. Mixing of Math & Writing scores from different SAT I tests not permissible. In case of a tie among candidates, student with the highest available cumulative GPA will be awarded the scholarship.
