- Each year the DAR awards over $150,000 through more than 25 scholarships to graduating high school seniors, college, and graduate students in a wide range of disciplines including history, law, medical, nursing, music, education, and many more. Scholarship applications are accepted: November 1, 2021 – January 31, 2022, at 11:59 pm (EST). Applicants must be citizens of the United States of America (USA). Applicants must attend or plan to attend an accredited college or university in the USA.
