Kiwanis of Oviedo Winter Springs gives a number of scholarships to graduating high school seniors each year. They are up to $1000 and are awarded to students who demonstrate exceptional dedication academic performance and community service.Our club awarded six - $1000 Scholarships, three - $750 Scholarships and three - $600 Scholarships to area high school students last year. Students have until Wednesday, March 12th, 2025, to apply and winners will be notified by April 9th, 2025.We are requiring each student applicant to submit a completed application, which can be found on the Kiwanis Web Page (kiwanishelpskids.org ), and two letters of recommendation. Letters of recommendation should be emailed to Kleitch@cfl.rr.com.
