The Lee Barnes Memorial Scholarship Award is dedicated to the memory of retired U.S. Army Colonel Lee Barnes, a longtime Seminole County resident with a distinguished record of service to our community. Applications are open to graduating Junior ROTC cadets in Seminole County Public Schools and Civil Air Patrol cadets in Seminole Composite Squadron 116. Three $1,000 scholarships will be awarded to JROTC/CAP cadets in the Class of 2025.
